Hey there, Lowcountry food lovers — it’s a brand-new month and that means Chef Vince Dodson is serving up a fresh new round of mouthwatering, chef-crafted dishes under the RED TENT at the Downtown Summerville Farmers Market!

If you’ve ever wondered what brunch dreams are made of, wonder no more. Our August Farmers Market Menu is packed with rich, indulgent flavors, seasonal highlights, and that signature Historical Dining flair you’ve come to love. Whether you’re a savory breakfast lover or a sweets-before-noon kind of foodie, we’ve got something for every craving.

💥 Here's What We're Serving in August:

🥐 Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Fresh-baked croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, smoked provolone, and Applewood-smoked bacon. Flaky, melty, smoky goodness in every bite.

🍇 Blueberry Almond French Toast Brioche French toast dipped in vanilla bean batter, almond-crusted, and topped with luscious blueberry cream. Served with Applewood bacon for that sweet-and-savory perfection.

🍐 Red Wine Poached Pear Crêpe A fresh crepe filled with red wine poached pears, cold lemon curd, and Applewood bacon — a unique twist that’s both elegant and comforting.

🧀 The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sharp white cheddar, diced plum tomatoes, and Applewood bacon, grilled golden and served with our signature air chips. This isn’t your average grilled cheese.

🍗 Pesto Chicken Toastie Marinated balsamic chicken breast topped with pesto and served on grilled garlic toast. Also paired with our signature air chips — it's a lunch win.

🥪 Dijon Ham Croissant Shaved ham and stone ground Dijon mustard on a buttery croissant, served with air chips. It’s bold, flavorful, and delightfully satisfying.

🍑 Peach Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Icing Yes, it’s as dreamy as it sounds. Moist peach cake finished with a rich cream cheese frosting. The perfect way to end (or start) your Farmers Market feast.
