Chef Vince Dodson and the Historical Dining team are hitting the Lowcountry with not one, not two, but THREE awesome events — each packed with flavor, fun, and the unmistakable energy of our red tent. Wherever you are, there’s a chance to come join us for an unforgettable meal.

🚨 Wednesday, August 20th – Naval Base Pop-Up Lunch

📍 7413 Magi Rd, Hanahan, SC | ⏰ 10 AM – 3 PM

Midweek blues? Not when you’ve got Chef Vince firing up the grill! We’re back at the Naval Base near Amazon for another pop-up event loaded with hearty sandwiches, chef-inspired comfort food, and (of course) a sweet treat to finish it off. Grab your coworkers, bring your appetite, and let’s turn Wednesday into your favorite day of the week.

🎉 Friday, August 22nd – Fourth Friday Farmers Market at Carnes Crossing

📍 200 Parrish Farms Dr. | ⏰ 5 PM – 8 PM

Friday nights just got delicious. Carnes Crossing will be buzzing with vendors, community fun, and the amazing smells drifting from our red tent. From rich pasta dishes like Rigatoni Bolognese to savory sandwiches and sweet Peach Bundt Cake, it’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Bonus? Our menu changes each time — so don’t miss your chance to try something new!

You know it, you love it — our weekend tradition at the Summerville Farmers Market! Chef Vince will be cooking breakfast and brunch favorites that keep you coming back for more. Whether you’re starting your day with a croissant stuffed with bacon & eggs or ending on a sweet note with our Bundt cake, this is the place to be on a Saturday morning.
