Chef Vince’s May menu is filled with both sweet and savory favorites. Start your morning with the BEC croissant featuring scrambled eggs, rich Havarti cheese, and applewood bacon, or indulge in Brioche French Toast finished with roasted pecan maple sauce and served with applewood bacon. For something light and elegant, try the French crepes filled with strawberry compote and topped with dark chocolate cream cheese sauce.
