About the event

Step into history and experience an elegant French-inspired Sunday Brunch curated by Chef Vince Dodson of Historical Dining, presented exclusively for The Historical Club at The Four Seasons on June 7, 2026.


This thoughtfully crafted menu celebrates classic French culinary traditions paired with historical storytelling and refined flavors.

Guests will begin with a rich lobster bisque made with natural stock and a touch of cream, accompanied by a fresh garden salad with balsamic fig dressing, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers.


The entrée features sliced pork tenderloin with a sage and natural stock sauce, served alongside a sharp white cheddar and scallion quiche and fresh grapes a timeless pairing inspired by classic European cuisine.


To conclude the experience, guests will enjoy a classic French dessert of hazelnut cream and fresh strawberry-filled puff pastry, inspired by historic pastry traditions dating back to the 16th century.
